Our Scotch-Brite unitized wheel pack 992S contains a variety of wheels designed to deburr, polish, blend and clean a variety of metals. Made with EXL material, our versatile Scotch-Brite unitized wheel pack 992S contains an assortment of wheels ranging from 1/2 to 2 in and comes in a range of grades and densities. EXL material in the higher densities can be extremely tough, delivering aggressive cutting power for effective deburring of edges and corners without damaging the part. The lower densities are soft and conformable and work well for finishing contoured surfaces. Our EXL wheels remove burrs without gouging or marring the work surface, leave a clean edge and produce consistent results. The open web construction also minimizes heat build-up during operation, making these wheels ideal for use on heat sensitive materials.
